All football fans know that their Monday mood is determined by how well their teams did on Sunday.

Fans can have a football hangover if their team loses, or an extra pep in their step if their team wins.

Saints fans are experiencing the latter.

Even though the Saints were away this week, crowds of Who Dats filled bars and restaurants across the area as always.

They know they have something to build on as the Saints made their first real defensive stand of the season.

“The Saints have established something today, said Rob Reed. “Their defense has risen to the occasion and they’ve had that gritty drive in the fourth quarter. I think they’re looking good. ”

The Saints Defense was able to slow down Eli Manning and Saquon Barkley, and will come back to the dome for a Monday primetime game against the Redskins.
