Starting out on an exercise program can be very easy by starting easy with cardiovascular fitness at a low target heart rate zone such as brisk walking for 30-50 minutes per day, along with a structured resistance training program with a low fat, high in lean protein and high vegetable and produce diet which helps with one’s fitness programming right from the start.
