Steven Seagal storms out of BBC interview after question about rape allegation.

The actor Steven Seagal walked out of a BBC interview on Thursday after he was asked about allegations of sexual misconduct.

The action movie star was speaking to Kirsty Wark on Newsnight when she brought up the #MeToo movement and how it has impacted him.

She asked him: “You’ve been very much caught up in all the allegations of sexual harassment. You had a rape allegation against you and I wonder how you deal with all that?”

At this point, Seagal pulled out his earpiece and wordlessly stepped off camera. A crew member can he heard helping him remove his microphone as cameras cut back to the studio.

“Hello, Steven Seagal?”, Wark responded before addressing the camera directly and saying: “Seagal there, and of course though he didn’t respond there, he has said previously that he denies any allegation made against him.”

The 66-year-old has been accused of sexual assault and harassment by multiple women. He has denied all of the allegations levied against him.

High-profile actresses such as Portia De Rossi and Julianna Margulies have accused him of sexual misconduct.
