James Bunner fired for wearing ‘MAGA’ hat outside Trump rally.
KTTC News reporter James Bunner was fired Friday. Pictures of Bunner wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat along with his KTTC jacket have gone viral on social media. He was covering President Donald Trump’s rally at the Mayo Civic Center.

According to the AP, KTTC News Director Noel Sederstrom says the station does not allow staff members to cover stories while wearing apparel from political campaigns.
